Refund Policy
VDC store has always been known for its high-quality Magento extensions and excellent eCommerce store support services. However, we have never stopped trying to figure out how to better serve our customers and bring them the best we have to offer.
VDC store offers a new refund policy with the goal of improving the post-purchase customer experience. If requested, this refund policy promises to return 100% of the money within 30 days. As a result, it is expected to add value to our products and services.
How do I apply for a refund?
After deciding to receive a refund, you must contact our Customer Support executive and provide your order details. Our Specialists will verify the order details, validate the Refund terms, and process the refund.
We will reverse the amount of the purchase to your Credit Card/Debit Card or Paypal account once we have completed processing your refund. The amount will be refunded to you within 7 business days, depending on whether you used a credit card or Paypal.
Please keep in mind that once a refund is issued, you agree to remove the relevant Magento extension(s) from your website/store. The Magento extension may not be redistributed, modified, or resold in any way. You are not permitted to rent, lease, or sublet your property.
