Steps:

Extension Installation

Download the zip file
Extract and put it into /app/code/
Open Cli in the Magento directory and follow the below commands:
- php bin/magento s:up
- php bin/magento s:d:c
- php bin/magento s:s:d -f
- php bin/magento i:rei
- php bin/magento c:f
- php bin/magento cron:install
- php bin/magento cron:run

Admin Configuration Screen

Now let’s proceed with LLMs TXT Generator general settings.Stores > Configuration > VDCStore => LLMs TXT Generator

Enable Module: You can enable/disable the module as shown in the screenshot.
Select Entities: Select the entities whose data you want to include in the LLMs TXT file.
Company Name: You can enter your preferred company name as shown in the image.
Company Description: Add a company description that will appear in the LLMs TXT file.

Additional Information: Following the steps from the first step, you can furthermore add any additional information about the company in the input box as can be seen in the image.
Language(locale): You can enter the language code (e.g., en_US, hi_IN) for your target audience to help AI systems identify the correct regional version of your store content.
Frequency: You can choose the frequency for Cron execution (Daily, weekly, monthly)
To review the llms.txt file, you can click on the highlighted “llms.txt” written in green fonts as per the screenshot.
Note: You must save all configurations before clicking the ‘Generate llms.txt Now’ button.
Upon populating the above mentioned fields, you can click on the “Generate llms.txt NOW” to generate the txt file

In case of failure in generating the llms.txt file, you will be shown an error message as shown in the image.
Following which, you can click on the “Generate llms.txt Now” button to generate it manually or you can wait for the Cron to execute and generate the llms.txt file.

Once the file is generated, you will be able to view the file as shown in the image.
